At Register the Future (formerly M.E. Voting Database), we are a non-partisan, by youth for youth organization that operates under one simple belief: democracy works best when everyone has a voice—regardless of the language they speak at home.

Register the Future is created by youth, for youth. We aim to bridge the gap between voting and language accessibility through grassroots organizing and multilingual voter guides. Our team of immigrant and second-language youth work endlessly year-long to create and translate voter guides, distributing clear, accessible guides in 6+ languages.

Our story began around a family dinner table. Watching her first-generation immigrant parents struggle to find unbiased, accessible political information in their native language, our founder, Sunny, realized a critical flaw in our democratic system: millions of eligible voters were being left out simply due to language barriers.

Through our work, we give every voter the knowledge and tools — through voter guides — to gain the confidence to advocate for their own future.
